Serve you guests all sorts of yummy treats this Easter is a decadent chocolate bowl – and psssssst… its so easy!!! The simplest ideas are often the best

Recipe of the week: Decedent chocolate dessert, with easy to make chocolate bowls.
Step 1:
Place cooking chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan half-filled with simmering water (make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water). Use a metal spoon to stir until the chocolate melts. Alternatively, place in a microwave-safe bowl and heat, uncovered, on Medium stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
Step 2:
Spoon a little chocolate onto a sheet of non-stick baking paper. Spread into a 15cm-diameter circle.
Step 3:
Place the chocolate-coated sheet over an upside-down small bowl, chocolate-side up, to create a basket. Put aside until set. Remove the paper. Fill with ice-cream, cream or mousse and top with berries or sliced fruit.
